GW Lawrence North Common Neighborhood

We work with other nonprofits and business groups to improve neighborhoods blighted by brownfields to enhance the marketability of brownfields for investment by the private sector. Groundwork Lawrence is working in the North Common neighborhood to improve parks, reclaim vacant lots and create the Spicket River Greenway as part of a comprehensive approach to redevelopment of the Gateway Business District.
